23-24 Basketball Season: Fall Training Program Overview

The Redmond Boys Basketball Booster Club is pleased to host the Fall 2023 Redmond Boys Basketball Fall Training Program.  This program will consist of weight training, basketball skills and drills, speed and agility training, as well in-pool conditioning. 

Basketball Open Gym

All Redmond High School boys who are serious about improving their basketball skills are welcome to attend Open Gym.  Please wear appropriate attire and basketball shoes.  

  • Pre-season period:  September 11- November 8.
  • Open to Redmond High School  boys 9-12 grade.
  • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:00-8:00pm.

Weight Training + Pool Conditioning + Speed & Agility work + Basketball Training  

Pro Sports Club trainer Dirk Huebner will lead weight training at the RHS weightroom and pool conditioning at the Redmond City Pool.   Each training session is specifically designed to improve your sons’ skills with an emphasis on improving strength, stamina, and speed.    Only those who register and pay can participate.

  • Monday:  Weight + Basketball Training (7-9:30pm) @ RHS 
  • Tuesday: Weight + Basketball Training (7-9:30pm) @ RHS
  • Wednesday: Pool Training (2-3pm) @ Redmond City Pool or Speed/Agility Training RHS 2-3pm @ RHS Track
  • Thursday:  Weight + Basketball Training (7-9:30pm) @ RHS
