22-23 Season: Fall Training Program Overview

The Redmond Boys Basketball Booster Club is pleased to host the Redmond Boys Basketball Fall Training Program.  This program will consist of weight training, basketball workouts, as well in-pool conditioning. 

Open Gyms

All Redmond High School boys who are serious about improving their basketball skills are welcome to attend Open Gyms to train with great basketball coaches.  

  • Pre-season period:  September 12 - November 2
  • Participants:  Open to Redmond HS boys 9-12 grade only

Weight Training + Pool Conditioning + Basketball Training  

Pro Sports Club trainer Dirk Huebner will lead weight training at the RHS weightroom and pool conditioning at the Redmond City Pool.   Each training session is specifically designed to improve your sons’ skills with an emphasis on improving strength, stamina, and speed.   September 12 - November 2
